The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest is to identify potential service providers (legal entities, i.e., companies, organizations, etc.) that may be invited to participate in the tender procedure the provision of trainings on Social Enterprise and consultancy for CSOs to access the Social Enterprises Support Fund granted by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.

Based on the Social Enterprise sub-granting scheme of the project, two training modules and one consultancy service will be delivered as follows:

1. Module 1: Applications for the Social Enterprise Status: Trainings for selected CSOs to apply for the Social Enterprise Status issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
2. Module 2: Full project proposals development: Trainings for selected CSOs from the concept note phase of the call for ‘Sub-grants to support Social Enterprise Development’ to develop full project proposals to be submitted to the Contracting Authority in the framework of the full application phase of the restricted Call for applications launched on November 01, 2022.
3. Module 3: CSOs access to the Social Enterprises Support Fund: Consultancy service for CSOs to access the Social Enterprises Support Fund granted by the MHSP,

The trainings aim to increase the capacities of selected CSOs to apply for the “Social Enterprise Status” and develop viable social enterprises proposals to be funded by the project enabling Roma and Egyptians employment.

For the first training module is required one expert experienced in Social Enterprise trainings, preferably knowledgeable about the administrative requirements regarding the application procedure for obtaining the Social Enterprise Status.

For the second module are required two experts to provide in-depth trainings on Social Enterprise creation and management for the development of full project proposals in order to create viable and sustainable business models of new Social Enterprises.

For the third module, CSOs that have received the Social Enterprise Status will receive tailored assistance to meet the government criteria in order to access the Social Enterprise Fund granted by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. Only one expert is required for this consultancy.
